Dr. John Boreyko is the Co-Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program and a Clinical Infectious Diseases Pharmacist at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Boreyko received his Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Board Certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist. Dr. Boreyko has been utilizing biomarkers and diagnostics for almost ten years and spearheaded the implementation and education at his hospital.
