VITEK 2 Version 9 Software Updates
Version 9 includes two updates: 9.01 and 9.02. Version 9.01 primarily includes software enhancements to improve efficiency, while version 9.02 includes new system knowledge (breakpoints, identification claims, and updated antimicrobials).

Automated McFarland Measurement for VITEK 2
The VITEK DENSICHEK offers an intuitive user experience with a McFarland value display on a convenient touchscreen. Simply choose the card type on the touchscreen and the expected McFarland ranges are displayed.
The VITEK DENSICHEK makes it easy to accurately measure the optical density of a microorganism suspension with high quality and increased traceability.
